ABC Reefs is proud to announce the opening of our sister store ABC REEFS 2 in Liverpool, NY at the end of January 2012.

We strive to keep the Saltwater and Freshwater community well educated on proper care and treatment of aquarium fish, inverts, and corals as well as making the hobby fun. Opening our second store has been an ongoing idea for a few years now. With the help, dedication, and perseverance of ABC Reef's owners and employees we have taken the opportunity to open up a second store. The difference between us and your typical “chain store” is pretty simple. Each store will carry different types of livestock and dry goods. Both stores will carry the “Bread And Butter” of the hobby but both stores will also be carrying the one-of-a-kind show fish, corals, plants, and inverts. Can’t find something in one store? We will gladly call the other store to see if they have what you are looking for. ABC Reefs 2 will have roughly 50% freshwater and saltwater and ABC Reefs will contain more saltwater systems than freshwater. That doesn’t mean one store will be better than the other, it only means the selection for YOU, our customer, will be greater than ever before. The two stores will only be 20 minutes apart, so the trip from one store to the next is nothing compared to the 1-3 hour drives out to Buffalo, Rochester and Utica. Our ever growing aquarium community has really started the wheels turning and has helped us further our goals in providing quality service, quality products, and quality care! Without our customers ABC Reefs would not be where it is today.
